The beaches in Nice are very rocky so we went to Antibe, about 30 minutes away, where we had read there were nice beaches. We were not disappointed. The beach was sandy and the water was so blue and clear. It was awesome to lay out by the sea, drinking Orangina.
After we went into the old town and wandered. It has an amazing city wall that goes to the waters edge. We had to drive on it to get to the beach so it was cool to walk it as well.
